Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SquadWiped ("Platform"), operated by SquadWiped LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To use SquadWiped, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 13 years of age for basic Platform features (team management, casual matches, forums)

Be at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in your jurisdiction) for Prize Matches and withdrawals

Provide accurate and complete registration information

Maintain the security of your account credentials

Reside in a jurisdiction where esports competitions are legal

Platform Services

SquadWiped is a competitive esports platform offering:

Team Management

Create, customize, and manage esports teams across multiple games with roster controls and team profiles.

Matchmaking

Find and challenge other teams, schedule matches, and track your competitive history.

Ladder Rankings

Compete on skill-based leaderboards with Elo ratings and division-based ranking systems.

Tournaments

Participate in organized bracket-style competitive events with automatic seeding.

Prize Matches

Skill-based competitions with real prize pools for Tier 1 Operators (subject to additional terms).

Community Features

Forums, player profiles, team discovery, and social features for the esports community.

Section 4

Prize Match Terms

Prize Matches are skill-based esports competitions with real monetary prizes. Participation is subject to these additional terms:

Age Verification Required

You must be 18+ and complete identity verification before participating in Prize Matches or withdrawing earnings.

Tier 1 Operator Status

Only Tier 1 Operators ($4.99/month) are eligible to receive cash prize payouts. Free players can earn Free Coins that boost prize pools.

Skill-Based Competition

Winners are determined solely by competitive gameplay skills. No element of chance affects outcomes.

Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed as Challenge Coins, withdrawable to PayPal or direct deposit ($10 minimum, $1.50 fee).

Section 5

Tier 1 Operator Subscription

Tier 1 Operator is our premium membership tier that unlocks full competitive features:

Monthly subscription: $4.99, billed through Stripe

Daily login bonus: 5 Challenge Coins per day

Match participation bonus: 5 Challenge Coins per completed match

Prize Match eligibility: Receive proportional cash payouts when your team wins

Withdrawal access: Cash out Challenge Coins ($10 minimum)

Cancel anytime: Access continues until end of billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Section 6

Code of Conduct

To maintain a fair and welcoming competitive environment, you agree NOT to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software

Engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxicity

Manipulate match results through collusion

Create multiple accounts to evade bans

Share or sell account credentials

Impersonate other users or staff

Attempt fraud or financial manipulation

Violate applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in: Warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, prize forfeiture, and/or legal action depending on severity.

Section 7

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or community.

Important: Terminated accounts forfeit any unredeemed Challenge Coins, Free Coins, and pending withdrawals. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for violation of Terms.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, designs, software, and documentation, is owned by SquadWiped LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

By posting content to the Platform (team bios, forum posts, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with Platform operations and marketing.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC RESULTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUADWIPED LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Louisiana. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against SquadWiped LLC.
