A purchase or payment of any kind is never required to enter or win any Prize Match on SquadWiped. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All skill-based competitions are open to eligible participants regardless of payment status. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in Prize Match Sweepstakes, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Important: Participation is void in any jurisdiction where Prize Matches would violate local, state, or federal law. It is your responsibility to verify legality in your area.
Sponsor
These Prize Match Sweepstakes are sponsored and administered by SquadWiped LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. All promotional activities, prize distributions, and official communications are managed directly by the Sponsor.
Entry Period
Prize Match Sweepstakes operate on a continuous, rolling basis. Each individual match represents a distinct sweepstakes opportunity with its own unique prize pool, entry window, and winner determination. Entry periods begin when a Prize Match is created and end when the match transitions from "Pending" to "Live" status. No entries are accepted after a match begins.
How to Enter
SquadWiped offers three methods to participate in Prize Match Sweepstakes:
Tier 1 Operators are premium members who gain access to exclusive features and prize eligibility. Entry is facilitated through Challenge Coins, our platform currency.
- Challenge Coins can be earned through competitive play or purchased
- Tier 1 subscription: $4.99/month (includes bonus coins and features)
- Entry fees and prize pools are displayed before match confirmation
- Eligible for proportional prize winnings if your team wins
Free players can participate in Prize Matches using Free Points, earned simply by playing matches on the platform — completely free of charge.
- Earn 1 Free Point per match played (win or lose)
- Use Free Points to enter Prize Matches at no cost
- Free Points contributed to prize pools are non-refundable
- Free players contribute to pot size but do not receive prize payouts
Any person may receive 500 Free Points (no purchase required) by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with a concise statement that includes:
- Your full legal name
- Your SquadWiped username
- Your email address
- The words "SquadWiped Free Points Request"

• Limit one request per outer envelope.
• Requests must be postmarked by the last day of the month and received within 7 days thereafter.
• Illegible or incomplete requests will be void.
• Free Points will be credited within 14 days of receipt.
Prizes & Winner Selection
Prize Determination
Prize values are determined by the total contributions to each match's prize pool. All prize amounts are displayed transparently before match start.
Skill-Based Competition
Winners are determined exclusively by the outcome of skill-based esports competition. No element of chance affects winner selection.
Prize Distribution
The winning team's prize pool is distributed equally among all Tier 1 Operator members on that team who contributed to the match.
Award Format
Prizes are awarded as Challenge Coins, credited directly to winner accounts within 24 hours of match verification.
Withdrawal Terms
Minimum withdrawal: 10,000 Challenge Coins ($10.00 USD). A $1.50 processing fee applies to all withdrawals. Payouts via PayPal or direct deposit.
Match Verification
SquadWiped employs a double-blind verification system to ensure fair and accurate match results:
Independent Reporting
Both team captains submit match scores separately without seeing the other's submission.
Automatic Confirmation
When both reports match, results are instantly verified and prizes are queued for distribution.
Dispute Resolution
Conflicting reports trigger admin review. Evidence is examined and a final, binding decision is issued.
General Conditions
- 1Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Prize Match at its sole discretion, with remaining prize funds refunded to participants.
- 2All decisions made by the Sponsor regarding disputes, eligibility, and rule interpretations are final and legally binding.
- 3Participants must abide by the platform Terms of Service and Code of Conduct at all times.
- 4Cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any manipulation of results will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent account termination.
- 5Sponsor is not liable for technical malfunctions, network outages, server issues, or third-party service interruptions affecting match play or results.
- 6By participating, entrants grant Sponsor the right to use their username and match results for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By entering any Prize Match Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless SquadWiped LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses of any kind arising from or related to participation in the sweepstakes, the acceptance or use of any prize, or any technical or human error in the administration of the promotion. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Official Rules and all aspects of the Prize Match Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information collected from participants in connection with Prize Match Sweepstakes is handled in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will never sell your personal information to third parties.
